I wanted to thank you both again very much for making my home buying experience AWESOME!  I really appreciated all the hard work and "helping hands" that made it all the better. I know at times I seemed frustrated, and you both guided me through it, and for that I am grateful. I am very excited to move in and get settled, do some remodeling :), and just enjoy owning a home. This has been a great experience.
 
Kirstan, all of your recomendations have been spot on; from Dave to Jason the inspector, not once did I feel that the person you had recommended was not trustworthy. When the people you work with surround themselves with good people you know everything is going to turn out great! 
 
You both make a great team and the people that you recommend to your clients make it even better!  I will not hesitate to recommend the Marks/Cook team to anyone in the future.

The location of this place is GREAT! I can easily get to downtown, Cherry Creek, Wash Park, and to work with much less effort than when I was over in the Highlands area. I passed your contact info on to someone from Omaha who is planning to move back to Denver in July of next year after she finished nursing school.

I have a friend from work who might be contacting you for a condo/town home search. And as I was looking on-line I found the first condo we looked at and they are now pricing it at $149,900. And they said they would only go down to $153,000. Well the jokes on them...at that time I would have probably taken it for $149,000...wew, glad that didn't happen. I wouldn't even have a parking spot or washing machine!  I feel so great about my purchase!
